Unpublished and Summarized Research Material from Professor Newcombe, Research Director at the Equine Fertility Clinic, Brownhills, England

Previously unpublished research material from Professor Newcombe - the author

Professor Newcombe

We are delighted – honoured to be asked – to present some previously unpublished and summarized research material from Professor Newcombe. The author is a world-renowned expert in the field of equine reproduction, with a list of peer-reviewed published works well in excess of a hundred. In association with a published research project, inevitably there is much additional resulting material produced, and this – along with work which for one reason or another has not been presented for publication – is made available here.

Professor Newcombe graduated from Veterinary College over 50 years ago, and has been in clinical practice in the UK and other countries ever since. Opening his own practice in 1974, he started specializing in the relatively new specialty veterinary field of equine reproduction and research. Since those early days, Professor Newcombe has been instrumental or involved in the presentation of many ground-breaking pieces of research, which we today consider “commonplace management”.

We thank Professor Newcombe for the opportunity to be able to pass along some of his previously unpublished research material and summaries, links to which appear below.
